Walgreens offers prescription refills, health and beauty products, photo printing, and more, with convenient store locations. The store side of Walgreens is generally good, with customers able to find what they need quickly and helpful staff at the register. Many appreciate the drive-thru service, although the pharmacy can be challenging. The pharmacy often experiences long wait times and disorganization, partly due to overworked staff, leading to issues like missing prescriptions or delays in getting medications. Despite these problems, some staff members, like Monica, are highly appreciated for their friendly and caring attitude, making a positive difference for customers. Other employees, such as Melody, Herald, and Ray, are praised for their helpfulness and patience, even in stressful situations. Overall, Walgreens is a convenient place for shopping and prescriptions, but the pharmacy’s busy environment and staff workload can sometimes cause frustration. Customers value the store’s helpful service and the friendly staff they encounter, hoping improvements will be made in the pharmacy area.
The clerk at the pharmacy treats customers with a attitude and has no customer service mentality. Rude and treats you like you done something wrong by getting your meds. Very unprofessional and energy so bad you can tell she is rude before the words leave her mouth.

It’s 9:52 pm and Tim Manager at Walgreens@Park street. Will not allow me to reload my chime bank card. After stand in line for 10min. I’m very frustrated with the customer service. I’ve reloaded my bank card a lot after I get off work several times.

Spent 45 minutes in line for prescription. When asked to talk to supervisor Jabari Jones said “you could have come inside” then walked away. Slow productivity and horrible customer service.
