“I had a crystal emergency. My daughter's Swarovski tennis bracelet broke the day she needed it for a wedding. She had worn it less than 5 times in as many years, so I was pretty upset. Knowing I couldn't get it fixed same day, I anxiously called our local store to see if I could purchase a new one. Felicia had one and held it so I could dash in and acquire in time for the wedding. Once everything settled down, I went back to drop off the broken bracelet for repair. After seeing that the broken clasp should not have failed after very little use, Felicia replaced it on the spot! Bonus bracelet for me! Best experience ever! Thank you! I told my husband he could purchase any future gifts for me from Swarovski! ❤️”

“What a wonderful find this jeweler is. I brought in 3 watches for batteries and not only were they super reasonable for new batteries (prices have gotten so crazy everywhere) but they were able to do them on the spot. One watch was found to have a detached face and they fixed it at no additional charge while taking care of it. Customer service was fast and friendly. Exactly how a neighborhood shop should be. I will be taking all my jewelry needs to them from now on.”

They fixed up both watches in 20 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I had problems trying to get them fixed before bringing them to Elegant. So, grateful they fixed them.
