I got there just a couple of minutes before closing and was warmly greeted by Angela. She was able to repair my watches quickly, and I will return again to get the appraisal. Mr Barnett was also very gracious. And I was delighted to learn how old the business is and that it has always been family owned. It was a great experience.”

I had a ring that needed to be cleaned which took only a few seconds and I had a ring that needed to be soldered and it was done within A few days and it wasn’t expensive! I also got a ring from them with an amazing discount that my husband surprised me with! I brought in 3 watches for batteries and not only were they super reasonable for new batteries (prices have gotten so crazy everywhere) but they were able to do them on the spot. One watch was found to have a detached face and they fixed it at no additional charge while taking care of it. Customer service was fast and friendly. Exactly how a neighborhood shop should be. I will be taking all my jewelry needs to them from now on.”
