Terrible service at this location. Supposedly have a "preferred" banker however "she" does not respond to messages left or email. I have had WF for over 20 years and never experienced such lack of customer service especially from this Ortega location.

I came to withdraw money from my payment card that is not from well Fargo and they said that I could not withdraw money because the card does not have any name always every month I come to this bank and for the first time they tell me that I can not withdraw my money

I went in to open an account. Was told the banker was not available even though I could see her and she did not seem busy. Then was told to book an appointment online. Not good customer service.
