The worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Phone calls unreturned and then finally a referral to a website to fill out forms that is down and then told I would have to try the website later. All for service on very pricey Eames chairs by Herman Miller.

Walked in and got help from an employee named Andrea. She said they don't normally do walk ins but she was very helpful and showed me chair and furniture options anyway. Even though I was just shopping for a home office I felt like I was treated just as well as a bigger customer.
