“I’ve rented UHaul trucks and trailers from this location before. They always have my reservation ready to go and also have all other moving supplies for sale as well. Its a family business and they do a thorough job of getting your equipment ready. They are fast and efficient with your rental paperwork so you will be in and out in a flash.
Moving days can be somewhat stressful- these guys can help ease that stress by doing business the old fashioned way - honest people, fair prices, clean location and equipment, and great hours of operation.
Don’t forget! This location is also a gas and diesel station and small convenience store with excellent fuel prices so I recommend them anytime you need fuel in the Stuart / Martin County area. I highly recommend the Babhazara team for all your moving and fuel needs!”

“Friendly, helpful, quick and quick out and they cared enough to call me to notify me that the gas wasn't topped off and gave me the opportunity to come back to pick up the truck and fill it after I dropped it off. The people here are attentive, kind and exemplary example of customer service that is missing in most businesses these days. If you need a truck rental, these are the people. “I don’t know why there is so many bad reviews for this place. This is our 2nd time using this location in 45 days, both times were amazing. I went in a few days before the rental this week and a man helped me pick out which Uhual would be right for us to move a 85” TV. They get busy…. but there’s hardly a wait. They have so many uhuals to chose from, and the staff is amazing!!!! Everyone there had smiles on their faces and was willing to help. Thank u for both wonderful experiences.”
“I am not a fan of posting reviews, but this one deserves it. I have rented trucks from this location in the past, and I have always had a bad customer service experience with both Mary Joe and Keith. Both Mary Joe and Keith were rude and very unpleasant to deal with, not what you want to be experiencing at all when moving. During my last recent move, I dealt with a gentleman named Chris at this location, and boy, what a difference it made. Chris is an example of what great customer service should be and is very rare to find nowadays. If you ever need to rent from this location, ask for Chris .”
“The 15foot truck was very nice, shifted well, handeled easily. It had only one thing, it pulled abit to the driver's side.
Overall, the 470 miles in it was a pleasure even backing off a narrow street into my driveway. Thank you.

“Make sure that you give a raise to both the young lady and gentleman working the desk who checked me in and out. Going lady is an amazing asset to your company, extremely customer service oriented. Gentleman was overly professional but polite and personable. They both were helpful and offered assistance with needs and were very patient even though I had an issue with my card at first. I think this location has an amazing mix of experienced staff who want to help people and I thank you for finding good people who know their job!”
“The employee who hooked up the uhaul I was renting paid no attention to detail regarding check out. He allowed me to leave without any knowledge of a leaking tire. I drove 4 miles to my home and arrived on a flat tire. No slow leak could have occurred that fast. I just think he was too lazy to do his job to the best of his ability.”

“I found this to be an excellent experience with you all at this location. I saw the last review had some extreme issues which is unfortunate and things do happen when you least need and want them to. However this was my first experience trying to use the app I set everything up the truck was waiting unfortunately I could not use the app with my phone to download pictures. I have a state-of-the-art Samsung as well so it should have worked. However I made a call to the telephone number out front in the business, and I received an immediate call back within 5 minutes. Yes during that 5 minutes I became alarmed but it just required some self control. She immediately walked me through what was needed to get the truck procured. After that it was so convenient. I dropped it off no issues and their location is incredibly convenient. However if you're returning a truck on a weekday after 3:00 p.m. it's a little tricky with the traffic in that spot. I strongly recommend the location based on this experience and in 2 days I'll be using them again and we'll leave another review.”

“We had an issue with initial truck with a blown tire that we noticed before leaving the facility we had a delay because of that, but they switched us to a new truck other than that no complaints at all. Just as FYI everything is over the phone in this location!”
“Extremely fast and very courteous - totally different experience than some other reviews. I got my prints done today and it took less than 5 minutes. I've done it previously at a different location and it took almost 30 minutes. Will definitely be back.”
