“I have had koi ponds for over 40 years. In January 2021 I had Alex and Tranquil rebuild my existing koi pond and waterfall as my existing pond was over 20 years old. He did a fantastic job and created a wonderful pond at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Tranquil and Alex.”

“We bought our dog food from here when traveling through the area. It was generally the same price as other retailers. Our only complaint is that they’re selling some of their dog toys double-sometimes almost triple the cost of what you would spend for the exact same toy at a local Walmart. We recognized toys that were usually only $1 from other places marked up way higher here. No hate on the business, I know that they need to make a profit.. Their staff was really friendly too. It just shocked us to see the price comparison here on their toys.”

“Love this place and the staff! Especially the best groomer in the whole state of Florida! Amanda has been grooming my fur babies for 19 years! I have never met anyone that cares more about the animals. She is gentle, kind, patient, honest, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly talented at what she does. I feel so fortunate to have found such an incredible place and human to help care for my sweet fur babies (even though they can be a lot to deal with at times ?). We love you Amanda and the whole Woof Gang staff! Highly recommend!!”

“Moat ofthw time I like this place... good variety of food for pets. My 2 dogs love to come here as most of the time they are welcome and spoiled by their associates. However, I am very disappointed of today's visit... they have a new cashier an old woman (I will not mention her name here for respect t her age) again nothing wrong with the age and want to work... but she is very cranky, not welcoming at all, rush you and is very rude in the way that treat customers. When you work in a pet store you need charisma and that lady has 0 of it. I am not sure but she evn seemed to be knew as she did not even knew how to apply a store coupon and had to call the manager. BTW... whem he approached she tried to complain about the coupon and the manager just stopped her and told her to pay look at him so she could see what to do. Obviously she does not enjoy working at a pet store neither we customers want to have this kind f person as a cashier. Store needs to pay attention who they hired and put in front of customers please.”
“Stopped by today with my wife to pick up some food and supplies for our boy. Always a great experience, staff is wonderful and we dealt with ERIN today. She was awesome, great personality and wonderful sense of humor. If you are asked to join their program DO IT, it is well worth it. You get awesome coupons from them and great deals, we save a good amount of money and our boy eats well. Don't miss out the atmosphere in there is great. They also have an 8 year old kitty that needs a home, her family had to give her up too go to assisted living, she was beautiful and her name is PRINCESS. we could not take her home do to certain reasons.
But if anyone has the ability to do so she is there waiting for a new home, it breaks my heart that she has no family. If you can go check her out.
She could be a great friend looking for LOVE.
