“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”

“I was using amerigas for my propane, but after bad service, no response, I switched to my bottled propane provider --Ferrelgas I received personal phone calls, an expedited service because I was low on propane for my pool, a double check that my grill was safely switched over to underground service and a fast delivery.
