“These guys always have what I'm looking for in stock. I got tired of going to Home Depot to in search of the fasteners I needed for a project only to find out that either they didn't stock that size, they were out of them or they only had packages of one or two of that particular fastener. Not to mention spend 15 minutes sorting through various packages put back in the wrong place. I'm always building or repairing things and some of the fasteners I need are a weird size. Marsh Fasteners always has them in stock, their staff is polite, and their prices are fair.”

“Last night one of your sales staff brought back my confidence in shopping at Home Depot ..if there is a recognition program please recognize "FERRELL" I decided to take on a small project with no knowledge of how to DIY.. After getting frustrated with others not helping me .. I walked down the aisle and he was there "can I help you ?" Not only did he help me ... he didn't say ..go to aisle 19 ... he led me there and then proceeded to ask me about my project ... he actually spent time with me explaining how to do it and what materials I would need... Etc etc .. He was delightful, polite and concerned about this 80 year old lady taking on this challenge but he politely said .. "I think based on what I see you can do it !!" Great confidence booster . . Thank you and thank him!!! Please make sure he knows how much I appreciated the help !!! And make him an example of how your sales staff should help offer to help people .. Finishing this project and I'll be back to start another ! EJ Martinez”
