She quickly and efficiently answered our questions and set us up with the unit with same day access that was just right for our needs. The security features of the facility as well as the climate control system was a must for us in the Florida heat! We needed to be sure of wheel chair access and safety as well. “The service is great! Location is great! The lower price compared to other traditional storage places might be the format: self-service interior units only; small spaces; tight hallways & long distance to get to unit; upper level units are cheaper but require a ladder/dolly combo to unload items. For a small storage spaces, readily available, great service, and relatively inexpensive options, Snap Storage is the way to go! Greg for onsite support and Liliana for online support were amazing by helping me get familiar with the facility, gate code access, and processing a transfer from upper level space to lower level space. If you want a “fancy” & high end storage facility with easy access from your parked vehicle, this may not work. But for small items, small boxes, small furniture, the price, availability, and location can’t be beat!!”
