Since then, they’ve always been quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. The maintenance staff has also been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve needed something fixed.”
“Chris and Dana have been great. They made choosing the apartment and move in, from out a state, seamless and a really good experience. I had an inquiry about an item, and maintenance arrived immediately to assist. The gym on the 6th floor with city views and the free morning coffee are awesome. “Lived in Sunset Gardens for two years, I would have stayed but had to move to be closer to my job. The staff there are great. From maintenance to the office. If you have an issue, things were fixed in a timely manner.
Only downside was the flooding. If it rained hard, even for a few hours the parking lot does flood in certain areas which was a little bit annoying. But at the end of the day, it’s still the best apartment complex I’ve lived in”
“I’ve been a resident Here for seven years since Leslie joined the team three years ago she is the best customer service always takes care of everything. You need. Answer the phone. Return your phone calls check up and make sure all the maintenance is done. You can’t ask for her and a better team of people that are working there now I recommend to come and live here!”

“I have been living at Residences at The Falls for more than two years and it has been a great experience. This is a very safe, nice and calm place to live. The units and all the public areas are always in great condition. Everyone is always polite and very helpful Danny and his team, Alex from the office and the Security people, everybody is willing to help with any request or need that you might have and I have to highlight that the response time for any issue with the A/C or anything that needs to be fixed is always very short (less than three hours) which is not very common to find. This is a great place to live and I highly recommend it.”

“Very spacious condo. Since the administration changed there have been great improvements, the green areas are always clean and pruned, the landfill area collected. The apartments have been improving. The workers strive to give us better attention and always respond promptly when we call for any need. The whole place feels safe and tranquility reigns.”

Andrea and Kaaman from the management office were always helpful, attentive, professional and timely! We got to know the maintenance folks as well, Roberto and Fernando, who we grew to know like family. If I had any issues, they were quick to help and always with a smile.”

I’ve communicated with plenty of property managers and I can confidently say that cutler vista has truly hit the jackpot with her!!”
“i have been living there for one year and all i can say is nothing but good things i have not had a problem with no one in the office everyone is very polite and as soon as some thing needs to be fix they do fix jasmine the manager has been nothing but helpful in everything lazaro ad the other maintenance guy are very helpful and they respond super quick with my AC something was wrong on a Saturday and they came one Saturday so by all means thank you for your wonderful job =)”

“Our family relocated from California and discovered this hidden gem of a community in Vista Lago. The scenery is stunning and incredibly peaceful. From the moment we arrived, the management team at Vista Lago was welcoming and helpful. I truly appreciate their commitment to keeping the community clean and their proactive communication, especially during hurricane season. We've made many wonderful friends just by walking the trails. The pool is well-maintained and warm for most of the year—after all, this is Miami! After nearly six months here, we feel so grateful for the amazing memories we've created. “We moved in last week and we’re loving it here. The community is super clean, everyone we’ve met has been so friendly, and the amenities are great. The only small downsides are the guest parking - unfortunately people are abusing it & park there for days in a row, pet owners dont clean up after their pets in the pet areas - not really the properties fault as there are dog bag stations every 5 feet, & every time we have been downstairs the lobby bathrooms + back bathrooms are always locked - if someone at the pool, gym, or using the BBQ has to use the bathroom they have to go all the way up to their apartment which is very inconvenient. Other than that it’s been amazing. We don’t hear our neighbors at all, everyone seems to be respectful, and maintenance was really quick when needed. Totally recommend it for the location and price!”
