You’ll be rolling the dice here. Apartments that border the buildings mechanical room aren’t sound proof at all. And you will hear it anytime anyone in the building wants hot water. They won’t tell you about it since the building is a stick build they can’t really prevent it. Just another fake luxury apartment built...
