“We recently moved in and have to say the whole process from the first inquiry to now has been great. Alisson really takes ownership and cares about what she does. We had a problem with the bathroom when we first moved in and it was fixed in less than a day. Very efficient. Great location and neighbors who seem respectful and kind. Not many places took our cat so very happy. Would suggest some changes to how the lease is signed but minor inconvenience in the grand scheme. Very happy we choose The Mile.”
“My tour experience with Alberto (Alby) started well. What appealed to me was the location and the spacious layouts. I learned that management is the same as owners, thus more care would likely go into the building. I was also told many of their staff also lived on site and thus it was also incentive for them to ensure they had good neighbours.I had a friend living there who told me he heard the neighbours above him so when I went home and saw the same layout I saw and was interested in was also available on the highest floor, I opted for that one. I was assured by Alby that unit was good to go for a move in before end of the year and decided to trust him on that. My move in was supposed to be right before NYE and was a disaster. The unit had not been professionally cleaned as I was told it would be with dirt and hair among other things in the drawers and even fridge and had ants, spiders and silverfish and I’m not talking about just a handful. I felt neglected as I had shared these were issues at my previous home and some of the reasons I wanted to move. I was not pleased with initial attempts to handle this however I also understood it required management to handle which would not be possible until after the new year holiday. Thankfully I had some days of overlap at my old home and decided to wait to be contacted by the property manager delaying my move. However things got better which distinguished how Berkshire, a professionally managed residential community, differs from a place with a private landlord. I was contacted by Jessica, the property manager just after New years day who assured me I would be credited for the days I could not yet move in, assured I had cleaners that morning and pest control right away. She also took the time to do a walk through of the unit personally and ensured any concerns would be tended to right away. That’s when I got to meet the super helpful and friendly maintenance staff. Tracy who initially gave me the keys also remembered to check in with me to ensure all was sorted when I officially moved in and despite the initial hiccup, Alberto continued to be helpful and friendly with any questions on moving day and after.Things can go wrong anytime and anywhere but what matters is how they are addressed and what steps are taken to ensure the same thing doesn’t keep happening and Jessica did a fantastic job convincing me with words backed by actions that I should give this place a chance. Berkshire owners whoever you are, thanks for my new home. P.S. You are lucky to have Jessica!All in all, after 2 weeks of living here, Berkshire appears to be a good community, with friendly staff and neighbours, a place my dog loves due to the very pet friendly nature of this area and last but not least, any resident concerns are addressed professionally and quickly.”

From Leslie receiving me on my first appointment to Andres showing me around the property and making sure I was picking the right apartment for my needs. Andres made my Leasing experience 5stars!! “Words cant explain how welcoming the staff is, especially Lazaro. I called him multiple times throughout the renting procedure and he was very friendly and professional. The ladies in the leasing office are very busy but, always took time to help me out with all my questions. Lazaro made the process to rent very easy and I appreciate him amd everyone so much. “I visited Milagro and before I even saw the unit, I knew I had found my new home. Yandri provided a tour of the property and explained all rules, fees, incentives and procedures. Jose was helpful in answering questions when Yandri was unavailable. Brianna was great on move in day - ensuring I had everything I needed. The property itself is well-maintained and has all the amenities I was looking for and more (concierge, security personnel, garage with EV chargers, exercise room, common space including offices and a printer, saltwater pool in the inner courtyard, coffee machine in the morning for my daily latte). The residents are friendly. My apartment is lovely - tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a tub you can soak in, new carpet in the bedroom, washer/dryer.The location is incredibly convenient - you can walk to shops, bookstore, restaurants, etc. Overall, I could not be happier with my new home.”
“I’m here very frequently visiting a family member and I have to say this place is a great choice to live. Everything is so clean and organized. Maintenance is amazing, my aunt had an issue in her apartment and the issue was resolved by next day. I was impressed as I’ve seen numerous issues in apartments complex now days that take forever to be fixed. Keep it up!”

“I lived at the Residences at Merrick Park for 2 1/2 years. I highly recommend this property and only have wonderful comments to share. The units and amenities are well maintained. The management team is exceptional and the location is amazing. Any issues are addressed immediately. The community events are fun and enjoyed by all the residents who participate. The residents are also kind and caring. I really felt like I was living in the best location and community. Kudos to ZRS management !”
“I've resided at The Flats since 2020, and it's been an excellent living experience. Initially, our former property manager, Tom, was outstanding and Lauren has done a stellar job managing the property. The building has transitioned from a total party in the lobby and pool areas to a more organized environment. My only two minor grievances were the fingerprint scanning during COVID and the elevator's flooring, which, in a luxury complex like this, should ideally be a beautiful stone floor rather than linoleum. Regarding the team, I'll genuinely miss Lauren, Abdullah, and Clara because they have consistently displayed professionalism and proactiveness. They all deserve commendation for their efforts, as managing a building in such a public entertainment-focused area can't be easy. Although I'm relocating out of state, I must acknowledge that my time here has provided me with what I needed. Running my own company was made easier by the peaceful daytime environment and the fun evenings with everything in one space. Once again, I'd like to express my gratitude to Lauren, Abdullah, and Clara! I hope the management team recognizes your invaluable contributions and how Lauren played a pivotal role in making this place feel like home for both me and my puppy.”

“My family and I moved to Azura 5 months ago and so far we love it. The inside landscaping is beautiful, specially for me that I had a baby a few months ago and we can enjoy going out and walk around the buildings. They offer activities every month which is a plus to meet our neighbors and build a better community. The apartment we live in is a 3 bedroom /2 bathroom and it’s so beautiful, a lot of space and nice quality equipment. Overall a great place to live.”

On-site parking is available. Highly recommend for safe, convenient off campus housing!”
