The lady behind the customer service desk was named Carmen. She could not have been more professional and pleasant in helping me. She is a wonderful employee Who was helpful And she accomplished my goal, which was getting that receipt. It showed that I had a three-year warranty Which would expire in May 2026. Employees like her or one of the reasons along with price that I shop at BJ’s. I had misplaced my card and she gave me a new one on the spot also. Carmen is a real great asset to your company. “The location has changed for this wholesaler store.
They are now on 20th street with two different stores. One is officially only wholesale while the other one is retail. Both have amazing selection on clothing. Retail store also does wholesale prices when you buy 12 or more. All in all price is very durable on both ends if you really want quality clothing. And their customer service is amazing.

Specifically, Rigor “Rigoberto” pulled out several pallets until he found the turkey size that I needed. Even though that wasn’t his department or section, he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. Rigoberto is an exemplary team member that showcases good company culture and leadership. “I like to go early. They open at about 8:15 AM despite having business hours posted at 6:30. Employees are extremely customer focused and kind. If you go later than about 9:00AM you may encounter some congestion but it mooves pretty quick.”
