The staff informed me that they were planning to place a new order for these shirts soon and took my contact details, assuring me they would notify me upon arrival.To my surprise, Stacy reached out and inquired about the specific shirt I had in mind. After some research, I provided her with the details. Stacy not only assured me that she would order it but also promised to notify me as soon as it arrived. True to her word, I received a text, and I picked up the shirt this morning.The customer service at Sign of the Dolphin is truly outstanding, and their collection of merchandise is both diverse and impressive. “The Hive is an amazing and welcoming studio with the friendliest and most supportive staff and instructors. I've been taking classes over the last several months, and have come to look forward to my days at The Hive because, well, clay...and also because it's like a little family. Members are always quick to give advice and to offer help and guidance to those new to clay. There are always ceramicists available to answer questions (even ones you may have already asked once or twice), and classes available throughout the week. The studio is always buzzing with creativity. I highly recommend.”

They loved their work so much that they gave us their names for our remodel.From conception to completion they always asked what we wanted and gave their input when we asked. We packed up and flew to Germantown and they worked their professional magic! We are so pleased we don't want to go back to TN. It was a big job and they did it in a timely fashion.
