“The only other Nordstrom Rack I knew before this one is off Biscayne Blvd, near Aventura mall. We'll, this one is near Miami Beach, very huge, has clothes for men, women and children, shoes, items for one's home, jewelry, etc. Well staffed, too, with pleasant speaking folks of all races and accents. (Yes, that matters to me). I do not like feeling unwelcome, or, like the 'token brown person'. Ok. Double doors to enter this massive sized store, entrance a bit awkward to find, but, no problem as they have signs which lead to the entrance. Well organized system, clean, fitting rooms, nothing left behind inside. I will return to this Nordstrom rack. I saw name brands I've NEVER seen before. It was great. If in a wheelchair, easy to navigate the wide alleys. Really nice experience. ?”

“Huge Ross. The dress and shoe departments were the biggest I’ve seen in FL. They have more jewelry and accessories than most other Ross’s I’ve been to. Lots of stuff to pick through. The area around the store is under a lot of construction so not the best location right now.”
“I placed an order for pickup at the NW 7th Ave location and arrived to get my items. When I couldn't change my order from pick up to curbside I called for assistance. I was told by the woman that my order could not be changed because it was the last day to pick up my items. I explained that that did not make any sense as I was still within the pick up window. It should not matter if it was the first or the last day. The woman insisted I needed to go inside if I wanted my items or cancel and order from somewhere else. So I did. I placed my new order at miami central and arrived at curbside pickup. I tried to alert the staff that I was there but the app would not allow me to use the curbside option. I kept trying to change from pickup to curbside but to no avail. I called and spoke to Consuella who told me not to worry, she would be right out. She arrived shortly after with my items in tote and happier than ever to assist me. She was friendly and accommodating and made sure I knew that any time she was at the store would be willing and able to help me. She went above and beyond to assist me and her customer service was outstanding!!”
