“A spacious and clean store. The selection of goods is very extensive, with a wide variety of home goods available. The staff members are very friendly. Some cashiers handle purchases carelessly and damage the items you have bought. In my case, a cashier failed to remove the security tag from a bag I had purchased, the alarm sounded at the exit, and I had to return to the checkout counter. The cashier took the bag out of its protective dust bag and began carelessly rubbing it against the counter surface in an attempt to deactivate the tag. As a result, scratches appeared on the bag, which was valued at over $200.”

“Stopped into a few shops along Lincoln Road this afternoon looking for a cute matching yoga set and ended up finding the perfect one at Marshalls—great price and really beautiful. Checkout took a bit, but overall a great find and a good experience.”
“It seems that management does not read the reviews but maybe it will help to know that M. Duval and Luis the 2 security agents at the door for at least the past year are the most polite and elegant agents I have seen in a long time. They help with finding carts, they monitor the door and ALWAYS have a welcom to Ross, which stuns me all the time ! Not an easy job to be doing security these days, with people not even acknowledging their presence. They never are on their phones and they try to be the most helpful with the customers and their surroundings! Every time, I leave the store, I tell myself, I need to mention these 2 guys, I need to post something about their incredible attitude. Today it is done !”

I would like to give a special shout-out to Landon!
I came into the store on September 23rd and purchased a few items, including a microwave that was quite difficult to get into my cart. When I reached the checkout, I asked the cashier if there was someone who could assist me. She called for someone, and Landon came right over.
He did not hesitate to help. Landon pushed the cart all the way to my car, carefully removed all of my packages, and placed everything safely inside my vehicle. His willingness to assist, kindness, and professionalism truly stood out to me.
Landon is definitely an asset to your company, and I would like to take a moment to thank him again for going above and beyond to help me.
There are still kind people out there, and Landon is a wonderful example of that! Please make sure he knows that his kindness was noticed and greatly appreciated.
