“god BLESS Vigi, one of the ladies that work here, if it wasn’t for her i would definitely not be leaving a 5 star review, she was so kind/patient, let me take a good passport picture and helped us figure out the mailing part, sooo thankful she showed up when she did, you’re the best!”

“This isn’t the closest usps to me but I come here because everyone who works here is fast and efficient. I especially like Robert,my day is always brightened when I get to interact with him.”

“Nothing but highly skilled professionals delivering reliable IT Services to all our locations. They do it all. So easy to just deal with one company. Very satisfied customer. Strongly recommended.”

“Usually have a good experience here...Renee is excellent and really friendly. There was another teller, Stephanie, who seemed like she was either having a bad day, or didn't know how to do her job because she couldn't answer some basic questions I had about the difference between Priority and a Certified Receipt...she kind of had a thousand yard stare and seemed really checked out...a shame, considering that everyone else there is lovely & really helpful.Recommend this post office, just avoid Stephanie and make sure to go to one of the other tellers.”

“I come to this USPS because it's usually less crowded. In my last visit, I had a LOT of questions because I was sending a parcel to Europe and it was my first time ever sending an international package. The clerk was very attentive and patient with me.She helped me and she answered all my many questions.I will definitely come back.”

“A male worker who unfortunately I went to on my turn at the post office not only did he not help me he threw a packaging tape impossible to open with no assistance as I was unfamiliar also with closing the boxes I needed to send overseas. No help at all n then he disappeared without even excusing himself. The other slot was available so I went to her as the male clerk still had not appeared! She was a lovely female Latina clerk n she shared how expensive it would be to send to Europe but she could help me with the packaging n handed a complete packaging tape with cutting edge to me while the male clerk did not advise or offer any help n it was impossible to tear it open with my nails.I had another small box package to send within the usa n she was so helpful and kind and professional. Thanks to her I was able to send what I needed and left as a satisfied customer.”

“It's a very small post office that shares office space with another office business. I just wanted to drop off a letter and there was no mailbox anywhere, just a counter where you wait to get service. It is located in a small plaza with limited, narrow, cramped parking spaces. Let's just say I hope my letter does get mailed out.”

“Great customer service .. spoke to a guy named John about an issue I couldn’t straighten out and he called me back after talking to the mail carrier .. he’s amazing. If you have any mail issues , this is a great guy and so helpful !”

“It’s a post office, obviously there’s going to be a line, but if you do your due diligence prior to coming you’ll find yourself with your package sent and a pleasant interaction with staff. Don’t be mean or frustrated with them and you’ll find everything will go much smoother, I promise!!!”

“I have only had one problem here and that was the delay shipment of a time-sensitive parcel. Other than that the older woman who works there is friendly and willing to help with no other issues since. This post office is in a college campus bookstore so you can't expect every single aspect to be included that regular, full-service post offices offer.”

“all of the bad reviews on here come from the incompetent people of miami who dont know how to wait in line, you dont know how to send mail or package anything its 2023 you'd think older people would know how to send a damn letter since no less than 20 years ago phones didnt even exist and sending letters was more common, also if you dont know english thats your own problem the women working at this post office are nothing but respectful and do their jobs if you cant put a stamp on a letter that just shows youre ignorant and the comments on here are also straight up racist leave these women alone they do their job and i have had plenty of altercations with rude customers who completely cut the line too youre a grown person! wait in line like the rest of us! its not hard to send a package you just expect everything to be handed to you bc youre stupid go back to school maybe and learn how to send a letter maybe get off your phone too and learn english too instead of fighting with the women who work here many hours standing up all day”

“Love the associate who helped me today, I had no issue. The neighborhood has nothing to do with the service, whomever the young lady is with braces who works on the left end of the post office was a pure angel. She helped me and I’m from NC, I vented how I don’t like the dirty and ghetto places here in Miami. She apologized for my experience and she has no idea how she made my day. Anywho I’m giving 5 stars based off my experience on 7/14/23❤️”

“They should put more staff to work and the correspondence that is in the pioboxes cannot be picked up outside of post office hours. It doesn't seem good to me since I am paid for my correspondence and I can pick it up when I return from work. That is my opinion.”

“Today girls were very kind and effective. My mis-delivered package was found and left in my mailbox. Thanks a lot to USPS crew.P.S. It wasn't fault of anybody but the system.”

“Instead of complaining about the clerk ask yourself why she is that way. Have some compassion. Maybe she hates you because you represent everything she has to suffer from : racism, arrogance, entitlement. Try to show some sympathy by showing interest in her as a start.”

“Suggest you ignore the 1-star reviews from people who were annoyed that this is a retail post office. The USPS web site could probably be clearer, but that's not this location's fault. The location is a 5-star package center, where you can pick up packages that are being held or couldn't be delivered. In my case, my wife sent a surprise care package that was accidentally marked for being returned to her. Thanks to the efforts of Miss Ross at this location, the package was redirected back to me, much to my wife's delight.Knowing how much this meant to my wife, Miss Ross went above and beyond to give me daily updates until delivery was certain. Hats off to her! ??”

“Nice and friendly personnel but a few people operating this office, while serving too many of us. Thus, their service is in high demand and it can take some time before we get served. I think they do a great job very time.”

“Surprised by the number of 1 star reviews as I have always had a good experience at this post office. Staff are efficient and there are never long lines. The only challenge is trying to find it… it’s almost as if they don’t want you to know it’s there!”

“I want to share my very positive (and not unique) experience with our local USPS office. A few people were standing ahead of me this morning. Yet, with the help of both USPS workers it moved swiftly. I had to find the best option to send an important international mail and Steve, after greeting me with a smile, was very kind and helpful to do so.”

“i checked the reviews before coming to see if i would be assisted properly and kindly.. the reviews are terrible and i feel for the people who had bad experiences. i’m very empathetic, however, i came @ 9:20 AM all staff were hands on. not one station left unattended, very helpful, line moved very quickly. i think if you come early and have a positive attitude and speak the language you won’t have any trouble. at the end of the day, this is AMERICA and the primary language is ENGLISH, if you don’t speak english use a translator. the lady who assisted me was polite, kind, and helpful. thank you. i hope each and every employee that was here Thur, 02/08 have an amazing day.”

“The manager in this office and the mailman who delivers the mail in Brickell went above and beyond to help us locate a Green Card. Truly one of the most helpful teams we have encountered in USPS.”
