About United States Postal Service
The post office looked unkept, grass cut not, looked abandoned and a security guard outside. People always see paper on top of the drop off and couldn’t drop off a package. People see very helpful and nice customer service agent who was helpful and a package arrived intact. Service is quickly, there is no line, you don’t have to delay. People recommend it and thank the agent for good attention and helped.

Last time coming to this U.S. Post Office. The service is really bad, and the staff can be very disrespectful at times. Most of the time, they don’t seem willing to help and simply send customers to the self-service kiosk instead of providing proper customer service.

They lost my 100 dollar package told me it wasn't their fault and told me to go pound sand. Everyone who works here is incompetent and will not help rectify any issues you have.

I went to drop off a package this morning, and the manager yelled at me, saying I couldn't leave it by the door. Since I had already paid for the shipping label at home, I had to take the package back with me. It’s so sad—they really ought to replace the staff; that post office is a complete disaster.
