“Today 7/13/26 I visited the Shenandoah U.S Postal Service office. After reading through some of the reviews here, it may have been Emilean who assisted me based on the picture below from another customer. This USPS associate today was excellent and had a lot of patience to deal with all of the customers. Many of the customers today did not speak any English and she nevertheless tried to communicate as best as she could and assisted numerous customers in a friendly manner. I was impressed as it takes a special person to be able to deal with customers who at times were difficult to communicate with, as was the case today. I believe her name may have been Emilean. She was excellent and even picked up on the wrong zip code on the package I was sending and fixed my error. Thank you so much!”

“Suggest you ignore the 1-star reviews from people who were annoyed that this is a retail post office. The USPS web site could probably be clearer, but that's not this location's fault.The location is a 5-star package center, where you can pick up packages that are being held or couldn't be delivered. In my case, my wife sent a surprise care package that was accidentally marked for being returned to her. Thanks to the efforts of Miss Ross at this location, the package was redirected back to me, much to my wife's delight.Knowing how much this meant to my wife, Miss Ross went above and beyond to give me daily updates until delivery was certain. Hats off to her! ??”

“I was recommended by a staff member who worked at another post office and to avoid the other ones in the area. Afterwards, I decided to check it out when I was in the Ojus area. The majority of the staff is very friendly. This is now second go-to USPS location (even if it's a little further away) in case my usual one is closed.”

“This post office is very reliable. I have been sending my parcels and letters for many years. Even when customer service area is closed, you can go in to drop off your parcels and letters. They have a self service station that can be used after hours. The employees are pleasant to work with and they also have an area to renew or apply for your passport- appointment is needed for that service”
“Second day in a row. I found another amazing employee at this post office. Her name is Tiana and she is the supervisor. Had another issue with a package that was not delivered because of an apartment number. I showed up after hours and she was getting ready to go home. She took the time to go inside and get the package for me before it was returned to sender. Thank you, Tiana! You're the best!”

“Most of the time staff is friendly, other times they are kind of grumpy. Often they are understaffed, so long wait times! Not good! Time is precious and it never waits on anyone!!!”
“At first they held my package for about 5 days so I was really skeptical.. but they finally sent it out to the next Facility. “I went for the first time and the 3 ladies were professional, nice, well mannered and efficient. I have an issue with my mail being lost and they told me how to fill out a form to keep it in the post office for 30 days and I can pick it up or they even send it to me when my issue is resolved.”
“There was only 1 service person and she had to leave for nearly 10 minutes to find another customers package. There was an additional 6 customers in line after she returned. This postal facility should keep at least 2 staff members manning the front.”
“0 stars if possible. Impossible to get delivery on time . Always are 1-3 days late. The items are usually put to as out for delivery but not delivered. Then it says available for pickup but are not available for pick even if you go talk with people there. And then they deliver 2 or 3 days later without notifying anyone .”
