“It's a very small post office that shares office space with another office business. I just wanted to drop off a letter and there was no mailbox anywhere, just a counter where you wait to get service. It is located in a small plaza with limited, narrow, cramped parking spaces. Let's just say I hope my letter does get mailed out.”

“It’s always a pleasure going to this post office! Amazing service & staff is always nice and helpful! Today Jerry Galindo took care of me for a passport renewal & he was very helpful and patient. I felt really bad for him, because a customer gave him a really hard time while I was there. They didn’t have an appointment, it was a few minutes before the last passport appointment of the day, & were extremely rude when they were told they had to make an appointment. They even lied & said they had an appointment!! I really recommend this post office, staff is always AMAZING!!”
“all of the bad reviews on here come from the incompetent people of miami who dont know how to wait in line, you dont know how to send mail or package anything its 2023 you'd think older people would know how to send a damn letter since no less than 20 years ago phones didnt even exist and sending letters was more common, also if you dont know english thats your own problem the women working at this post office are nothing but respectful and do their jobs if you cant put a stamp on a letter that just shows youre ignorant and the comments on here are also straight up racist leave these women alone they do their job and i have had plenty of altercations with rude customers who completely cut the line too youre a grown person! wait in line like the rest of us! its not hard to send a package you just expect everything to be handed to you bc youre stupid go back to school maybe and learn how to send a letter maybe get off your phone too and learn english too instead of fighting with the women who work here many hours standing up all day”

She helped me and I’m from NC, I vented how I don’t like the dirty and ghetto places here in Miami. She apologized for my experience and she has no idea how she made my day. “Suggest you ignore the 1-star reviews from people who were annoyed that this is a retail post office. The USPS web site could probably be clearer, but that's not this location's fault.The location is a 5-star package center, where you can pick up packages that are being held or couldn't be delivered. In my case, my wife sent a surprise care package that was accidentally marked for being returned to her. Thanks to the efforts of Miss Ross at this location, the package was redirected back to me, much to my wife's delight.Knowing how much this meant to my wife, Miss Ross went above and beyond to give me daily updates until delivery was certain. Hats off to her! ??”

“Tarika the postal employee saved me! I desperately needed a package, which the tracking info said was stuck at this facility "preparing for delivery" for over 24 hours. Turns out, It had been sent to the wrong facility, which is where I went to. Was in an area filled with packages waiting to be sent back to the right facility before getting sent out to delivery. She did through them and found it.”
“This location needs a remodeling ASAP. When it rains outside, it rains inside. Lots of times, the A/C doesn't work properly. There are new residents on the area, and there is not enough parking space. The staff does what they can. Please make it bigger.”

Yet, with the help of both USPS workers it moved swiftly.
