Rental had 54k miles and smelled of burnt marijuana. The attendant gave me false info on tolls during our trip. There were no tolls and I was told there were 7.

Huge line to RETURN the car. No drop box for keys. You have to stand in line with all the people renting just to return (doesn’t matter if you’ve prepaid gas, etc.). Very 1980’s. I’ll do without next trip.

It would hav even really nice if the employee would have helped the customer vs. organizing her inventory while we stood there. Not customer focused.
