Dropping off my rental car was hassle-free, just found a parking space and handed in the key at the counter. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an invoice, but the reservation on my credit card was immediately canceled.

My car was not ready. took 20 minutes to get it. The guy forgot to give me paper work and my license back. I have called all day and no one answers the main location and it goes to central res and they cannot help me. I will never book with them again

Cars are always clean and very nice! Prompt and friendly service at pick up and drop off! Got car seats both times and they were extremely clean and in good shape. We will always rent from Budget!
