“I did my research to find the perfect mom & pop shop to buy my souvenir from, and I am so glad I did! I stumbled upon this store in my search and with little info on the web, I made it my mission to go anyway, and you should too! The owner was so kind, we discussed where we were from and she shared her own stories! I wouldn’t have been disappointed had she been closed on Thanksgiving, but I am so glad I had the opportunity to be a customer! — Tons of Christmas ornaments and handmade items. I love seeking out mom & pop shops to support, and I would recommend this store to anyone!”

“Stationed here for a squadron detachment for about a month and found they did meal prep, which is perfect given how expensive it is to eat out in Key West multiple times a day. Placed a large order for multiple people and had no issues with pickup, it was super easy and the woman at the counter was extremely friendly. The food is delicious and the regular sized meals are the perfect amount. Definitely will be using them again if I find myself down here in the future.”

“Unique gift shop, not like the ones selling the same thing on Duval. We found several items and prices were good. There's a nice cigar shop in this building as well. I wish I was there long enough to enjoy the eatery at the other end of this Cuban history building.”

“Purchased a t-shirt for my granddaughter and it had issues with the plastic tag which melted into the shirt. I called the store and they apologized and sent me a new one all the way to Texas. You just don’t find customer service like that anymore. Thank you! I highly recommend this shop!!”

“Cool shop for souvenirs. Quite over priced and not Too many magnets options. I collect magnets so it’s important to me but there were a bunch of other stuff. Also they have naturale come shells outside at the front of the store which are cool!”

ZERO Stars: Many recent reviews regarding a racist, xenophobic, and antisemitic cashier in this store have not moved this business to fire her, so I doubt my experience will move them to do the right thing either. Bottom line, then, is that she represents the views of this business or is part of ownership.
This disrespectful woman felt the need to keep disparaging our government for no reason while I was there on my second visit today shopping. I don’t think anything on my part reminded her of Washington DC or the U.S. government. While checking out, I asked her if they offered a military discount, she immediately looked at me and said they did but she KNEW I wasn’t in the military as I had a beard. Imagine Chris Kyle standing there instead of me. Would she have reacted the same way then? Obviously it wasn't the beard but the color of my skin. She continued with her rant even after seeing my retired military ID and called me a DICK in front of my children as I was leaving the store and following us out she repeatedly yelled that she knew I wasn’t/hadn’t been in the military. As I said, none of this will change anything snd she will continue to disparage and disrespect patrons as she is obviously the mouthpiece of the business. I love Key West and regularly visit it. I just won’t go to this store again. And I suggest to everyone: Do Not Do Business with these people.”

“Great way to see Key West. The tour passes by all of the islands key attractions and the narration helps dive into the local history. Wish it was hop-on/hop-off but it was nice to give the legs a rest.”
