The staff especially the person that assisted me was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable and very polite. It is people like them that make this company hold its customers. I highly value them and appreciate their service.

Gabrielle was very attentive, quick and answer all questions. Even tho I am the Line holder the new phone was for my 11yr old and Gabrielle treated him as he was a customer. She allow him to pick his new number and set up the phone for him. She definitely made his day.
