“I received outstanding customer service from Vladimir. I called him and explained that I was unable to drive the rental car for a work trip due to a flat tire. He was able to get roadside assistance for me and even waived the rental fee for the car since I wasn't able to utilize it. Even my boss was impressed with this level of service. I am now a loyal customer and will even use Enterprise for personal use in addition to my usual business trips.”
“Charged me an extra day for no reason even when I dropped it off before they opened, they gave me a 2 hour notice to drop it off before they closed when I had to go to work. Stupid ass policies and place.
Update: they refunded my money and even told me about some money I had forgotten in the car, thanks to them for being kind”

“We were running 5 minutes late as we went to the wrong car hire place to return the car. We called to explain and the guy who answered said there’s nothing we can do, we close at 5pm and we cannot stay open any later, we were very stressed but decided to ignore what he said and go there anyway. They were closing up but a lovely lady said we could return the car despite being just past their closing time, so because of this lovely lady actions, I’m leaving a good review rather than a negative. Thank you we appreciated it.”
“Easy, no issue rental experience. Checked in by a friendly agent within minutes of arriving and expected vehicle was available. Best of all no "sneaky" hidden fees or upgrades as we have experienced with other car rental agencies in the past. Vehicle drop off was just as smooth.”
“I had read all the reviews and was concerned. I saw a few on toll issues. So I brought my own ezpass to cover the toll. They told me they charge 10.00 a toll so if you want to avoid tolls look at getting a transponder of your own or pay the high fees for use of rental car toll payment system. I had no issue getting my car. I made the reservation a month in advance if my trip. I made sure i had insurance coverage through my credit card and my personal policy and I brought proof. The location had moved it is at the old gas station and it as hertz on the sign. Hertz owns dollar and thrifty and they are all in the same place.”
“The RAV4 that we picked up at Orlando Airport after a 9 hour flight from UK only spoke Spanish! It also appeared to have been smoked in and there was a cigarette burn on passenger seat. Called customer service from our hotel and they recommended that I take it to the Avis Depot in Kissimmee. The agent there was very helpful and cheerful. He swopped us in to a GMC Acadia in a matter of a few minutes with no quibbling. Highly Recommended.”
