“I had a great experience renting with Alamo. No issues at all from pick up to drop off. I! highly recommend doing the express pick up and check in ahead of reaching the airport so you can go straight to the garage to meet a representative and grab the keys for your car. I have to give a huge shoutout to Rafael at drop off for Enterprise/Alamo. Super helpful at drop off in making sure we got everything out of the car and made the check out quick and easy. He waited to see if I had any questions or concerns at drop-off. Have to show him some love as he made the whole experience seamless.”

“Car was in excellent condition and the trip was mostly seamless. Communication was great and the check out and check in process was very easy. We were only using the car for part of our trip and it worked out better than a traditional rental.
Only drawback was that we were in Terminal A (Southwest) at MCO and there was no direct shuttle to the pickup lot, so I actually had to take a $25 Uber to the pickup parking lot from the A terminal, and then at drop off I had to take the airport shuttle back to Terminal C because Uber will not pick up from the South Lot. The extra cost and time was unexpected but still was worth it to use Turo for this trip instead of a traditional rental car.”

“I can confess that I had a good experience in one of this van called Meza, traveling from Orlando to New York and I can say that I did not have any problems, the van behaved very well, it drives very smoothly and responds very well, the trip was very nice, I recommend it, The only thing I ask of this company is that they have a translator in Spanish at each point so that Latin tourists do not have struggles if they don't even know English. It is very complicated. I had a bad experience in that part.”

“My family and I recently rented an accessible van through United Access and it was a life saver. They were easy to work with when setting up the rental and worked with us to be able to pickup and drop off the the van at MCO. A couple of days before pickup and then the day before return, they were in communication with where the van would be parked at the airport and instructions for returning the van. I highly recommend their services for rentals as I will be using them again should I need another rental.”
