“Car was in excellent condition and the trip was mostly seamless. Communication was great and the check out and check in process was very easy. We were only using the car for part of our trip and it worked out better than a traditional rental.
Only drawback was that we were in Terminal A (Southwest) at MCO and there was no direct shuttle to the pickup lot, so I actually had to take a $25 Uber to the pickup parking lot from the A terminal, and then at drop off I had to take the airport shuttle back to Terminal C because Uber will not pick up from the South Lot. The extra cost and time was unexpected but still was worth it to use Turo for this trip instead of a traditional rental car.”

“I can confess that I had a good experience in one of this van called Meza, traveling from Orlando to New York and I can say that I did not have any problems, the van behaved very well, it drives very smoothly and responds very well, the trip was very nice, I recommend it, The only thing I ask of this company is that they have a translator in Spanish at each point so that Latin tourists do not have struggles if they don't even know English. It is very complicated. I had a bad experience in that part.”
“Rachelle on the chat was awesome with all my questions as I arrived for pickup. Then Andy at the front office was very helpful despite the huge crowd on Christmas Eve at 9:34PM. Though we had to wait a bit, their service sure outdid what we experienced at the airport with Hertz a day early. Thank you Andy!!”
