He transfered all apps, data, phone numbers, pictures and on top of that, he hooked us up with HBO Max and gave us a way better plan with truly unlimited data with no slow downs like I was experiencing with T-Mobile. “After going through several Best Buy stores and seeing that things were missing and I couldn't get a cell phone I was looking for, I found at least a partial solution in this one. They had the cell phone I was looking for, but not the headphones. Anyway, when you visit the US, do not go through a single Best Buy because there are usually differences in stock between branches and not all of them offer to send it to other branches. Obviously you can choose to purchase online, but in my case I wanted to physically see what I was going to buy, since I didn't know the product well.”
