Much better than the T-Mobile store I visited prior to learning, too late, that I was at the wrong location. Metro was complete opposite, and competent to the needs rendered.

Kaihyla is the best, she made sure my accounts set up were excellent, she took care of my kids new accounts best customer services she has it! She takes time and patience with the customers and she is more and beyond than amazing. I will keep upgrading my phones with her. She is the best 100/100
