“I came home from buying a fan at Sam’s and was so upset that it didn’t come with any hardware to mount it, I really did not want to drive all the way to Home Depot or Lowe’s, so I searched up the nearest hardware store and stumbled upon this cute gem. I moved over to Saint Cloud about a year ago and didn’t even know this existed. Will 100% be my go to close store for hardware. I didn’t catch the lady’s name at the front but she was so sweet and very helpful. And there was a gentleman who greeted me as I was leaving too. Great experience .”
“Had one of the most amazing experiences bought a piece of furniture had a defect came in spoke with Steve. He knew exactly how to fix. It told me exactly what I needed and was so helpful and went beyond. Any expectations I ever could have. So when it comes to repairs or anything if your vocabulary is thingies and things and such, Steve knows exactly what you need.”
“Just wanted too come on here and write a token of appreciation for Andy in customer service who went above and beyond with helping me find the right type of solar lights for my garden. He was incredibly kind, patient and provided an array of different options I could use for my garden. I was able too find the perfect set of lights with ease as my selection is pretty grand. As easy as it may sound finding the perfect set of lights , you're looking for ones that actual will take in the rays, not peel from the sun and one that holds its value. “This is one of the last real hardware stores. They have a great selection of all types of hardware and very reasonable prices. Great knowledgeable friendly staff. Make it a point to try this location it's much better than the box stores and they still cut keys for a very fair price.”
