“The Store Manager Lamar and Angie went above and beyond to resolve our Verizon Issues with our bill. Lamar spent 4 1/2 Hours with Verizon Customer Service going back and forth until all billig issues and crédits were applied. Over the 10 years that I‘ve been with Verizon , no one has gone above and beyond like this Store Manager. Now a days people don’t go above and beyond to help people in need. This is the Store to come to if you need help with your device or have questions of your bill. Thank you Lamar we greatly qppreciate your hard work and efforts .”

“I have never had good service at this location UNTIL we met Niurka. She went above and beyond to help us. As a business account we usually get pushed aside and are told to contact our business rep. We dreaded going in to the store until we met her. She cares about her job and is the definition of customer service. We need more employees like her in the workforce.”

“Spectrum located on Simmons and 192. David L and Maria did an excellent job. This team helped me save $$ and resources on an existing plan with an over priced provider.
I highly recommend David L. He's newly employed with this organization. But he's not Inexperienced at treating the customer the way he wants to be treated.
He was patient, professional and determined to earn my business by saving me monthly charges.

“I switch to boost Mobile about 4 months ago I was with metro and don't get me wrong metro is good but they don't service a lot of areas and when I moved a couple times I wasn't getting a good signal so I that's why I went to boost”
