Not only was he professional but what really stood out for me was his genuine concern when my 3 year old became ill while he was helping me connect my phones and she started unfortunately throwing up. Gerardo sprung into action as if it was his own child and helped me with my daughter. Gerardo then turned on the gears to finalize everything and get me out of there to assure I was able to leave satisfied and take care of my daughter.
