I came to cancel a line that had self-payment, to which I no longer have access and in one way or another the Manager told me that you have to keep the line because I can't do anything, it seems disrespectful to me that it force one to continue with the service if everything is up to date and I no longer need the service.

Horrible Facility, sold me a defective device and refused to accept fault!

I bought a mobile hotspot it stopped working in less than a month (the product is defective. They refused to help me and September 30th they hung up on me.
