“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review for Alejandro Romero Alejandro Romero gave me the best customer service experience I’ve ever had at Cricket — hands down. From the moment I walked in, his bright smile and positive energy stood out. He’s incredibly down-to-earth, genuinely helpful, and extremely professional. You can tell he truly cares about every customer who walks through that door. He took his time with me, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Employees like Alejandro are rare — he goes above and beyond without even trying. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for my next device because of him. Cricket, please take care of this man. He deserves every promotion, raise, and recognition you can give. Your company shines because of employees like Alejandro. Thank you again, Alejandro — you’re GREAT at what you do.”

“Stopped to put air in our tires. They have an air and vacuum combo that takes card. It’s $2.50 for 5 minutes which was enough time for us. However, the air pressure indicator stays flashing on the same number as you’re filling the tires so you have to keep taking it off and putting it back to know what the current PSI is. At other places, the number updates as you put in air”
