“I heard about the unit specials first month $1 from the attendant Awilda she was very kind and informative. I have a chance to visit the actual storage unit so that I could get a better idea of how it would accommodate my needs. She was very patient and because I had so many questions I stepped aside so that she could attend to other customers and then come back to me. Moving is very stressful and she made the process feel smooth and at ease I am so thankful for public storage to have such a dedicated employee.”
“Matt was so wonderful. He explained everything and answered all the questions I had at the moment. My experience so far was great with Matt. The only concern is the temperature it feels a bit hot in there when I am paying for a cooler unit. But other than that LIKE I SAID Matt was so wonderful & I have to add that the customer service that helped me over the phone in corporate was great I am not sure his name but I believe it was Baron.

“I was a customer at the Hoagland Road location in Florida under the previous ownership, and the difference since Devon Storage took over is nothing short of life changing.

“We recently had a poor experience with this specific location a few months ago. Actually, it was with one employee, to be specific, after an issue with a trailer. It was enough to make me not want to come back and give them my business, and we typically rent a trailer from this location 2-3 times a month, 3 days at a time. So lots of money spent. However, the manager gave me a call after this specific incident and apologized as well as issued a credit back to my account, which means a lot, showing they care about their customer service. The past 3 rentals from them have been perfect. Great customer service, clean trailer, no issues. Thank you for taking the time to make a customer’s opinion feel valued. We will continue to rent from this location and recommend to anyone and everyone.”

“We rented for over a year from Central Mini Storage. Sue was very accommodating and helped us get into a unit that would accommodate our needs. This is family run business and it shows in their professionalism. Their prices are by far, the best in the area. The grounds are always kept clean and we have never had any issues at all. When we moved out of our unit we had 2 lizards and no other bugs or rodents. The one thing I liked was that both ends of the unit have a rollup door which made it easy to maneuver around. I would highly recommend this storage facility!!”
