“I heard about the unit specials first month $1 from the attendant Awilda she was very kind and informative. I have a chance to visit the actual storage unit so that I could get a better idea of how it would accommodate my needs. She was very patient and because I had so many questions I stepped aside so that she could attend to other customers and then come back to me. Moving is very stressful and she made the process feel smooth and at ease I am so thankful for public storage to have such a dedicated employee.”
“Matt was so wonderful. He explained everything and answered all the questions I had at the moment. My experience so far was great with Matt. The only concern is the temperature it feels a bit hot in there when I am paying for a cooler unit. But other than that LIKE I SAID Matt was so wonderful & I have to add that the customer service that helped me over the phone in corporate was great I am not sure his name but I believe it was Baron.

Andria helped us with such ease as I was frantic and not so friendly at first. She is top notch and when she was stumped on certain protocols, she took immediate action and made calls to her associates to make sure she was accurate and also trying to find the best options to limit my wallet. Andria, reach for the stars, you are appreciated in the Martinez crazy family. God bless”

“I left a review for your fortune/brand lane location but since the problem started at this location, figured I would leave here as well. Andria!!!!! A queen at problem solving. What started as a serious issue amongst me and my husband and a truck loaded with our life and nowhere to put it, Andria, who was headed out the door to go home, changed her plans and assisted me in fixing the extreme boo boo Jose made (sorry husband). She went above and beyond when most would just say “sorry we are closed”. The Martinez family is beyond impressed with her problem solving and dedication to her job and her customers. “I was a customer at the Hoagland Road location in Florida under the previous ownership, and the difference since Devon Storage took over is nothing short of life changing.
Before the transition, I was dealing with constant, unexplained monthly service charges that kept piling up. It felt overwhelming, frustrating, and honestly like I was stuck in a situation I could not get out of no matter how hard I tried.

David, the manager, along with the owner, did not just look over my account. They took the time to truly understand what was happening. They went through the details, removed the questionable charges, and treated me like a real person instead of just another account number.
What meant the most to me was that they did not stop there. They worked with me to create a payment plan that was actually realistic, something I could commit to without feeling buried. Because of their support, I was able to bring my balance all the way down to zero in just three months. That is something I genuinely did not think was possible before they got involved.
They gave me relief when I needed it most. They gave me fairness when I felt taken advantage of. Most importantly, they gave me control back over my situation.
Devon Storage restored my faith in what customer service is supposed to be. They did not just fix a problem, they changed the entire direction of my experience.

“We recently had a poor experience with this specific location a few months ago. Actually, it was with one employee, to be specific, after an issue with a trailer. It was enough to make me not want to come back and give them my business, and we typically rent a trailer from this location 2-3 times a month, 3 days at a time. So lots of money spent. However, the manager gave me a call after this specific incident and apologized as well as issued a credit back to my account, which means a lot, showing they care about their customer service. The past 3 rentals from them have been perfect. Great customer service, clean trailer, no issues. Thank you for taking the time to make a customer’s opinion feel valued. We will continue to rent from this location and recommend to anyone and everyone.”

“We rented for over a year from Central Mini Storage. Sue was very accommodating and helped us get into a unit that would accommodate our needs. This is family run business and it shows in their professionalism. Their prices are by far, the best in the area. The grounds are always kept clean and we have never had any issues at all. When we moved out of our unit we had 2 lizards and no other bugs or rodents. The one thing I liked was that both ends of the unit have a rollup door which made it easy to maneuver around. I would highly recommend this storage facility!!”
