“I was a customer at the Hoagland Road location in Florida under the previous ownership, and the difference since Devon Storage took over is nothing short of life changing.
Before the transition, I was dealing with constant, unexplained monthly service charges that kept piling up. It felt overwhelming, frustrating, and honestly like I was stuck in a situation I could not get out of no matter how hard I tried.
Then Devon Storage stepped in and everything changed.
David, the manager, along with the owner, did not just look over my account. They took the time to truly understand what was happening. They went through the details, removed the questionable charges, and treated me like a real person instead of just another account number.
What meant the most to me was that they did not stop there. They worked with me to create a payment plan that was actually realistic, something I could commit to without feeling buried. Because of their support, I was able to bring my balance all the way down to zero in just three months. That is something I genuinely did not think was possible before they got involved.
They gave me relief when I needed it most. They gave me fairness when I felt taken advantage of. Most importantly, they gave me control back over my situation.
Devon Storage restored my faith in what customer service is supposed to be. They did not just fix a problem, they changed the entire direction of my experience.

“We recently had a poor experience with this specific location a few months ago. Actually, it was with one employee, to be specific, after an issue with a trailer. It was enough to make me not want to come back and give them my business, and we typically rent a trailer from this location 2-3 times a month, 3 days at a time. So lots of money spent. However, the manager gave me a call after this specific incident and apologized as well as issued a credit back to my account, which means a lot, showing they care about their customer service. The past 3 rentals from them have been perfect. Great customer service, clean trailer, no issues. Thank you for taking the time to make a customer’s opinion feel valued. We will continue to rent from this location and recommend to anyone and everyone.”
