Ann Marie at 7862 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34747 was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took her time to assist me, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly. What could have been a stressful experience was smooth and easy because of her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude.
It's not often that you come across someone who is genuinely thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I truly appreciated her help and wanted to make sure she received the recognition she deserves.

“The owner and his assistant were incredibly kind and helpful when I needed to mail a bulky stand home to Texas. I told them I wanted the cheapest way possible to send the stand home, and they were glad to accommodate my request. Even more impressive is that they didn't charge me anything extra to package up my stand because they were able to use some extra material they had on hand. My package arrived a day early in excellent shape. The professionalism of this small business is second to none.”

I returned and asked to laminate a few items as well. They offer a lot of services here that have come in Handy that the store is local. Staff here are friendly and helpful. “I was traveling and under significant pressure to print some important documents. I needed them immediately and was already late because I visited multiple FedEx print locations with no success. I finally arrived at this UPS location already frustrated. I had been using Ubers to go everywhere and it was already a rough day. Although when I arrived the printers were done, Evelyn, the lady working there that day, went far beyond what I expected. She didn't dismiss me or rush me off -- she listened carefully and understood the urgency of my situation and genuinely tried to help.
