She took her time to assist me, answered my questions, and made sure everything was handled correctly. What could have been a stressful experience was smooth and easy because of her knowledge, professionalism, and positive attitude.
It's not often that you come across someone who is genuinely thoughtful and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. I truly appreciated her help and wanted to make sure she received the recognition she deserves.

“The owner and his assistant were incredibly kind and helpful when I needed to mail a bulky stand home to Texas. I told them I wanted the cheapest way possible to send the stand home, and they were glad to accommodate my request. Even more impressive is that they didn't charge me anything extra to package up my stand because they were able to use some extra material they had on hand. My package arrived a day early in excellent shape. The professionalism of this small business is second to none.”
