“We had a great experience! Dr. Agee was so caring and patient with us (as new owners) and our dog, Simba. He went in for his vaccines and a check up. Despite the language barrier (our first language being Spanish), she was very friendly and a great communicator. She talked us through all of our questions and concerns. All of the staff (from the call center to the front desk to the MAs and the vet) were also great.”
“I took my 11 month old golden retriever pup here today for the first time for some concerns I had and I will continue to come here from now on. The front desk girls are very inviting and kind. The vet techs were very sweet and informative. I really appreciated the vet tech that came in and just kept me updated while they tried to get a urinalysis from my pup instead of just leaving me there to wonder. Those little things matter! Last but not least, Dr. Natela is the nicest and most thorough vet I have ever spoke to. She addressed all my concerns in great detail, nothing felt rushed and she has a very warm presence about her! Everyone was so good with my rambunctious golden pup! Their prices are reasonable and the facility is clean! Thank you for all that you ladies do!”

“If there were 10 stars I would give 10 stars, the experience from the beginning to the end was amazing, we needed an international health cetificate to travel to colombia which can be very complicated if you dont do enough research. initially spoke with Jennifer over the phone which guided us through the whole process, then we come in and meet Ashley the vet tech also very sweet and knowledgeable and then we meet Dr Lima , what a professional and knowledgeable doctor we were impressed and couldn't believe how perfect everything was. LOVE THIS PLACE and the funny part is it's right next to our house and we didn't even know.”

“Absolutely amazed at the pleasant visit we had when my dog was bit by another dog. Staff was professional, kind, compassionate, and just overall a pleasure to see at the front desk. “Dr. Barnett has come to the rescue for several of my dogs. I value his knowledge and trust his opinion. If you want an honest opinion, you are at the right place....if you are looking for someone to sugarcoat things for you, he is not your guy.
As for all the negative reviews about cost of service and collection of money, I have to wonder what people expect when it comes to emergency veterinary services? I am sure their policies are in place due to the negligence of pet owners who agree to services and later don't have the funds to pay for them. I am not sure why you would have an issue with the staff collecting payment before the service is completed if you intend to pay anyway.....
Long story short, this clinic and staff are wonderful!”
“They are just amazing! They really care. Only issue is no matter if you have an appointment you need to be prepared to wait. For me that is a problem because I have a teenager pit and she get super anxious when she is around other dogs.”
