“The first thing you notice is how nice and helpful the staff are. They acknowledge you the moment they enter, and while you're shopping there is usually someone on the floor asking if you need help. The store is always bright, clean and well stocked. They are limited on pets here, but have a few, and mainly focus on pet needs. They have food, toys, treats, treatments, adorable clothes and more. They also have a rewards program; buy 10 of one item and get your next one free.”

“Great clinic. Dr. Rousso is very professional and a straight shooter. Plus, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My dog is not great around new people and we muzzle him just in case, but they are always very patient with him. He went in recently for a neuter and gastropexy and needed to be sedated. I liked that there is a window that looks through to the surgery area and I could see what was happening. One of the poor nurses had to pin him down so they could get the port in for the anesthesia, but she was speaking gently to him the whole time,trying to keep him calm. As much as it sucked to watch him be manhandled, i know it was for his and the staffs safety. I really appreciate the efforts the staff take to accommodate us whenever we visit.”

“They are decent with their service, but more on the expensive side. They have excellent costumer service. They are normally pretty flexible with their appointments. I love that they open on Saturdays, since my work schedule is not very flexible and I don’t have a lot of PTO to use for everything life throws at me.”
