I've been a Wells Fargo customer for 3 decades, I've financed my home with them, which is paid for, I have over $200,000 in my accounts and I get hung up on waiting for them to assist me. This makes little to no sense that they treat a loyal long time customer in this fashion.

Customer for more then 15 years, set appointment. arrived 10 mins early, waiting 30 mins past my set appointment time and still no one available to help. very bad customer service, seeking another bank

Worst experience lived today with this institution. Trusted the back as the rent payment for my Apartment. Today December 11 th my landlord have not received their payment yet. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY with your hart earned funds ☹️😡😡😡👿
