They messed up the delivery time.Other than that I guess is ok.”
“Upon seeing a Consumer Reports recommendation of Even Embers gas grills, I learned that Tractor Supply was my local distributor. Upon arriving at the store, we were greeted by Marvin who asked if assistance was needed. Although they had several different models of Even Embers grills in stock, they did not have the particular size we were looking for. He said that was no issue and it could be ordered. Marvin actually went above and beyond by locating one at another Tractor Supply store and personally picking it up so it would be available for us the next day. This was our first visit to a Tractor Supply, and we were impressed by the outstanding level of customer service!”

“I’ve had a few positive experiences with Pat’s Sales out of Leesburg. I’ve bought an exterior door, windows, flooring and cabinets through them for a workshop on AG land that I wanted to not look like a workshop lol. My first couple of purchases were the door and windows. All were made well and installed easily, no problems. The second was flooring. Not only was I given a great deal by Todd Clifford, the owner, but he also delivered to me in Umatilla personally for free! What a deal - and then hand carried the 1,000 square feet inside himself. Talk about service!! The last experience was the purchase of cabinets. I went to their professional cabinet person, Cheryl Bloom, who patiently walked me through the measuring process and guided me on the ins and outs of the huge decision of a cabinet purchase and layout. Needless to say I had to remeasure 2-3 times and she did the layout on her computer with a screen above her that faced me so I could see what she could see. I didn’t get but one other private company quote that came in about $2,000 more with install. Pat’s does not have their own installers but gives you a list of approved installers you can pick from or choose your own. I chose Randy Garrett from their list and WOW - what a craftsman he is at a very reasonable price. He even picked up and delivered the cabinets to me for an extra very reasonable price. There was one cabinet that came in the correct box but was an incorrect size, which Pat’s reordered and it came in within the week and Randy Garrett picked up and brought to me to finish the job. Everything came out perfect. My son has begun the flooring and it is beautiful as well. I HIGHLY recommend this company and their services for a quality, professional and personable experience that beats the prices of the big box stores as well! I’m writing this in the night and will add photos another time after countertops are done and flooring completely in. Choose PAT’S SALES - they’re not just for mobile homes!”
