“I'd say shop around some things are a good deal. I bought a package unit air conditioner for less than half what I would have paid elsewhere. I needed a few pieces to connect the ducts and they were significantly less from another vendor. Enough to make it worth the extra travel and time. If your the type that wants to ask questions, I've never felt the staff has the knowledge to help with technical advice. if you're a handyman pro-sumer type their 4.5 stars if you are a home DIYer their 3 stars.”

“The best customer service. As soon as I walked in, someone came up to me and asked if I needed help and brought me right over to the anode rod I needed for my water heater. The place is also well organized and VERY clean. I didn't have a lot of time, so I didn't get to look around much, but they have a lot of great brands like Stihl. I live in Davenport and its worth the 10 mile drive.”
