“I had the most wonderful experience with Madison S. at this store on 10/3/2025! I purchased a pair of Rothy's online years ago and they didn't fit well. I sent them back and went up a 1/2 size and they still didn't fit right, so I basically gave up on the brand. That is until I walked in and Madison helped me. She was able to find me the right style to fit my foot perfectly. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient. She even asked questions to anticipate my style wants regarding shoe and metal colors! Thanks to her I was able to find several styles that fit my feet perfectly. I can't thank Madison enough for helping me find some great shoes for work and helping me find several other styles so I know exactly what to order online from now on.”
