“Who spends 2 hours talking about shoes, I do, and I did it with Lewis, Lewis was relatable, understanding and a genuine person that I will happily purchase more shoes from, Skraitup!”

“Went looking for a shoe that was similar to the Phantom 3’s, the associate went above and beyond to help find what I was looking for. Trace was amazing, he was so helpful and had lots of knowledge on the specific type of shoe I was wanting/needing. Would definitely return again for his help in the future! Thank you again Trace- one happy customer.”

“I would have loved to have left a cast compliment but I don’t remember the name of the guy that helped me last night! April 11 I went in looking for the brown slides and they didn’t have them so he was awesome and went searching all the stores to track them down to have them shipped to me. I’m so in love with these shoes and he could have easily said that they were out and no longer available but he was insisted that he would check the stores around Fl and in different states. I really appreciate it! I barely have time to shop these days so any extra help is amazing! Thank you for your help!”

“Carlos was so helpful. We informed him of the place that we’re going and the things we were looking for. He showed us multiple options and gave choices so we can stay with in the budget we had. He was well informed with the products. He really helped us a lot and he made our experience so great!”

“I am a Rothy's fan and was excited to see a store at Disney Springs. I walked in and was welcomed by the staff. I was looking at the sandals since I didn't have that silhouette. They let me know they had a sale and I tried on a couple of pairs before making my purchase. The staff was friendly and attentive. I love my new Rothys!”

“I’ve never written a review for a store before but I need to sing the praises of Julian and Amanda!!! I was there today buying shoes with a friend and they were both super friendly, accommodating, and understanding. They went through some trouble for us and were very patient and generous. Wishing them the best❤”

“My mother and I shopped at the Lilly Pulitzer location in Disney Springs yesterday and wanted to take the time to compliment Loretta. She was the most friendly, helpful Lilly employee we have ever encountered at any store, and went above and beyond to help me and my mother. She is phenomenal.”

“We had an early dinner reservation and beat the crowds. Service from Nick was excellent. Personable, efficient and fun. Good Margherita pizza, decent chicken Parmesan and very good chicken & shrimp Alfredo. Big portions, so we ended up with two boxes full of food to go. Great dinner option in Disney Springs.”

“I had an awesome experience at this store, I needed to bring 3 of my bags to be cleaned and conditioned and I called 10 minutes before their Care Specialist, Anthony, was supposed to finish his shift. He was kind enough to wait for me to arrive at about 6:15pm, and he gladly took my bags and provided the service for me :) It only took 35 minutes and my bags looked incredible after he finished with them. While I was waiting for my bags…..a lovely sales associate, Neelam, helped me browse through the options in their new Dark Cherry color and she was super patient with my indecisiveness even while the team was managing an incredibly busy store. This is probably the busiest Coach location I have ever been to and I was so impressed by how calm, kind, and helpful everyone in the store was despite the chaotic environment of Disney Springs”
