“Marisol was incredibly helpful, she was patient and kind, even while there was a large line of people waiting she was extraordinarily efficient and calculated, not to mention she was working by herself. She gave the same level of service as if there were only 1 or 2 people in the store even though there was a line to the door, this must be taken into account.
You can tell when someone’s service is fake or rehearsed but she genuinely cares about each customer and wants to make sure they’re left satisfied, she’s a very rare employee and should be appreciated.
