“I stopped through the Tudor Boutique while in town on a business trip. I had a great conversation with Johnny Tapia. As a Tudor owner I just wanted to see the boutique and look at a couple watches. He was gracious and patient while I browsed. He gave me a nice watch sleeve since I was wearing my Black Bay Pro! When the new GMT was announced, I called Johnny first and he said he would let me know as soon as my watch arrived! When I “got the call” just a few weeks later, Johnny worked through the order and I had my watch within 24 hours. If you’re going to buy a Tudor, buy it from this boutique!”

“I have needed a watch battery replaced for some time now. The other day while driving home I noticed a new watch and Jewelry repair shop not 2 miles from my home. I called and spoke with Michael the owner. He was so friendly and professional and he told me to come on in. He replaced the battery on the spot and the cost was only 5 dollars. I highly recommend giving them a try if you are in need of repairs. Michael has been in the watch and jewelry repair business for 45 years. He will be my go to for any future repairs I may need.”

I had purchased a Blue Angels Promaster Skyhawk AT watch a year ago, and at some point, I messed up the synch. When I brought it into the store, Ms. Vee said she will take care of right away, and thoroughly explained what the service process will be like. Because my power was low, she said she suggests that I keep the watch in the store under their light for a day at the very least. This way, I won’t have to deal with a similar issue.
I picked up the watch a week later, and mot only was the synch fixed, but it’s fully powered and beautifully polished. When I decided to wear it out of the store, they even gave me a nice cloth carrying case to store the watch I wore to the shop.
Overall, it was a a wonderful service experience.
Oh and the watch is awesome!”

I went to another Movado store in Orlando and was told they did not have my watch band size and would not try to replace the battery in my over 27 year old watch because the glass might crack and I needed to send it to the Customer Service Center. In less than 15 minutes at this location my watch had a new band and a new battery. A+ service.”

“Patricia, Sarah you rock! I am a big fan of Uno de 50 loving every piece I own . On vakay at Disney Springs and popped into the shop. Had one of my favorite rings on that I always wanted in silver. Sarah tracked one down arranging to have it shipped direct. She even followed up checking all the details. Small hiccup the wrong ring (updated version not what I wanted) arrived . One phone call and Patrician was on it. She figured out what happened, emailed a return label, I sent it back and the swap was made. They followed up every step of the way.
