The hotel service and room cleanliness were good. However, my room was on the side of the building which is parallel to I-4 and to say the highway is loud is an understatement. To drown out the road noise I slept with the TV on all night. It was that bad. Never again.

The staff and managers especially Shirlene the general manager where absolutely amazing to us. The helped make a very unexpected hardship in our lives not so bad. They were very kind and helpful and I definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back soon.
