“My partner's sister and niece live in the area, so we enjoy staying there when we go to visit. The location is convenient with nearby restaurants. The rooms are ample and well appointed and the staff is accommodating. Can't ask for more.”
“When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station through out the day and a system near the water fountain where you could fill up your water bottle. The parking was onsite and ample and the location of the hotel was close to all restaurants, shopping malls, to the Park Avenue shops and to the Saturday farmer’s market. I can’t say enough about this hotel other than I would DEFINITELY recommend it and would stay here again.”

“What a beautiful hotel! It’s in a great complex of shops and restaurants. Hotel has a delicious restaurant and the included breakfast buffet is the best one I’ve ever had! There is an omelet station where Anthony not only makes the best omelets on the East coast, he greats you with a beautiful smile and a warm cheerful welcome! The other attendants at the buffet also have excellent customer service! We found Gloria to be most helpful! And the housekeeping and check in staff first rate! This hotel manager certainly runs a fabulous hotel! My bonus? Crabtree & Evelyn soap, cream, shampoo & cream rinse in the bathroom! I’m in Heaven! XOXOXO”

“Nothing is ever perfect, yet no issues here. Staying Easter weekend. Didn't venture to the pool for obvious reasons and water temperature was likely 75 degrees. No creepy crawlers either. Be careful of hot water in shower. Too hot is no good but hot water was very relaxing shower. Great location and pricing was desirable. Glad to have booked in advance. I'm sure that they are currently sold out.”

“I have to say, this is the best hotel in the area. The people here are amazing and will help however they can. Nessa even went as far as giving me a hug because I was falling apart. Top teir service 100%! Naili made my check out smooth and simple. She also babysat my luggage so I could run next door and grab food. This is the best place in Sanford to stay. I am so thankful and blessed for these beautiful ladies!”
“Very clean room but gave a 4 not a five. To be fair. As room is about time for a refurbish, but still a five in terms of clean. Water pressure low but that come just be Florida.”
“Located near the airport. I had a fabulous view of the water behind the hotel. Front desk very friendly upon check in/out. Clean room. IHOP is beside them, so perfect for breakfast.”
“When we arrived, they were almost fully booked.Even though we had reservations Tiffany, the receptionist was amazing.She went above and beyond her duties to make sure that myself and my fiancé had a great anniversary.She put us in a great room and a great location.Everything we could ask for...
