“I had a problem with my phone’s network that was preventing several of my apps from working properly, including my banking and credit card apps. I had already gone to another T-Mobile location, but unfortunately they were unable to help me and simply told me to call 611.

I then came to this T-Mobile location in Lake Mary, and I’m extremely glad I did. Billy was absolutely amazing. He took the time to patiently work through the problem with me for almost an hour until he was able to get everything working properly.

This was especially important because I’m traveling to New York the next day and I needed my phone, banking apps, credit cards, and other essential applications to be working before my trip.

Billy went above and beyond, showed great patience, and genuinely cared about helping me. His customer service was outstanding, and he is a great representation of T-Mobile. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into resolving my issue.

“Target always has what I needed and my last visit setting up my utility room a wonderful employee put the large box in my carriage, and after ringing up my total out to my car and he put it in the trunk for me!!
Oh and I found my ice cream scoop too.
Target is one of my favorite stores!!!”

“I go to this 7-11 Often, Every single day!~ And I always plan my time to go when my favorite, and nicest cashier Amy is working! She's the absolute best! I've seen her handle disgruntle customers with care and always follow company policy! Ive even seen her repeatedly get yelled at by customers because they are upset with store rules... However at times when I've known she's felt like crying, she's handled everything with grace, all while moving through a customer service line very quickly! I appreciate her for working so hard.. we all do! Thank you Amy!”

“Very good experience.
I stopped in for a cup of coffee and a a snack and I ended up getting a cookie and it was pretty good.
The Clark there help me get a discount and save me I think about 50 cents.
How much appreciated him going out of his way for me!
I will be returning back and buy more coffee here I work in the area at night and I like to shop in different places and get to know the other people that work at night at the 7-Elevens in circle k's .
The 7-Eleven had a nice clean bathroom which was much appreciated and I will be returning to this location this week.”
