During all the holiday hustle and bustle, my gift card didn't work and they both went above and beyond and took the time to help and fix the issue so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket. “This store is down the street from my job, and I work overnights so I go in there on my lunch break a lot. Amy is usually on duty when I go there, and she is ALWAYS making the store beautiful and baking fresh goodies for the day. My boyfriend is hooked on the chocolate chip cookies and Amy makes sure that I am able to pick him up a fresh six pack of cookies every day! I have been there on other shifts also and I can honestly say that all of the employees here are amazingly friendly and awesome and outgoing!!! I LOVE THIS 7-11!!!!”

“This store does have customer service issues BUT, the franchise owner is quick to address the issues you may have. I have had problems with this store but, in order for an owner to correct a problem it has to be brought to their attention. I would recommend this store. If you have an issue with anything, please allow the owner to correct any issues you may have before posting. I have called customer service twice and the franchise owner has called me back in under 2 hours.”
