“I go to this 7-11 Often, Every single day!~ And I always plan my time to go when my favorite, and nicest cashier Amy is working! She's the absolute best! I've seen her handle disgruntle customers with care and always follow company policy! Ive even seen her repeatedly get yelled at by customers because they are upset with store rules... However at times when I've known she's felt like crying, she's handled everything with grace, all while moving through a customer service line very quickly! I appreciate her for working so hard.. we all do! Thank you Amy!”
“This store does have customer service issues BUT, the franchise owner is quick to address the issues you may have. I have had problems with this store but, in order for an owner to correct a problem it has to be brought to their attention. I would recommend this store. If you have an issue with anything, please allow the owner to correct any issues you may have before posting. I have called customer service twice and the franchise owner has called me back in under 2 hours.”
“There is always hot food available... definitely not the same at every 7/11. Also the lady that always works the register kills it. She runs both registers and get us in and out with everything we need. We are back for the 3rd time this week.”
