“Like many, I've had issues with T-Mobile, eg; paying for equipment (the lines) that were promised to be free, etc. When I realized after the fact what had been transacted, I went to the store and there was a new manager and I expected more of the same.What I got, however, was a 180 degree turnaround. Sebastian, the new manager, is not only an excellent communicator, but a good listener. And more importantly - a straight-up guy who admitted that 'mistakes' are sometimes made and takes the time to straighten things out. By the time I left, he went over everything, and that which needed correcting was fixed.”

“I just wanted to take the time to recognize two of the best employees they have working here, Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Gail! During all the holiday hustle and bustle, my gift card didn't work and they both went above and beyond and took the time to help and fix the issue so that I didn't have to pay out of pocket. “My daughter just returned from South Korea (was abroad two years teaching English in the middle of a pandemic).First Order of business? Get a new phone and add her to the family plan.We went to the store early (9am -as soon as they opened) and the two ladies that greeted and assisted us were a breath of fresh air. Fast knowledgeable and funny. I typically hate going phone stores they are always trying to upwelling etc but even with them sharing about new promos or discounts they didn’t pressure.I’m eligible for an upgrade soon and will be back!Great service ladies!!! I went in too close to closing on Christmas Eve and the gentleman was still super nice snd helped me get in and out quick with a new phone. “I called today because I was having issues with the internet dropping intermittently. I was losing connectivity for work, leaving me having to input the same information repeatedly. I had trouble watching a movie all the way through and I couldn't access the game store on my console.I spoke on the phone with Melissa who was extremely helpful. She ran some diagnostics and made an appointment for me for the same day to have a technician come by.The techs, Julian and Jason were professional, courteous and efficient. They noticed some issues with the wiring and so redid the cables coming into the house and they made sure everything was working properly and I was satisfied before leaving. I appreciate everything everything they did.Thank you all for the easy experience!”

“I worked in this office from June 2014 through December 2018. The building was built/finished in 2014, so it new compared to most Verizon facilities. There is an onsite cafeteria. The gym is for employees only and has only a nominal fee to join. There are large rooms for training and meetings available. A telepresence meeting room. Four floors, open office style with exterior views from any seat. This is just off of I4.”
