“I love bringing clients to this location for labs. I agree with Nicole regarding not knowing why the low ratings. The MA and Front Office staff handles the Geriatric population with care and loving smiles. I was here at 10AM with a client and we were out by 10:30am. This is UNHEARD of in labs and physicians offices. The MA here is especially delicate and friendly. The customer service is care always ❤??❤”

“Today I had to make a last minute trip here as a walk-in, it was very busy first thing in the morning but the team there was handling everything very well. Despite having a difficult encounter with an irate patient everyone was polite and professional when explaining the rules to her. I was taken back at a decent time for being a walk-in and my interaction with the woman who works in the last room on the left was phenomenal. I struggle with medical related PSTD, but she helped me more comfortable by being very personable and making me feel like I was interacting with a friend I've known my whole life. I'm sad that I didn't catch her name but my family knew exactly who I was talking about when I told them! Thank you again for such a wonderful experience; I hope she is the one performing my blood draw the next time I need to go ?”

“OK so I didn't read the reviews until I got to the office so I was a little bit nervous because I didn't really see any good reviews but the staff inside was very nice to me. I was not able to fill out the paperwork I needed ahead of time because the app did not have it, but they supplied it to me inside when I met with Dr. Anita she was very respectful professional and she did have a nurse practitioner with her which most doctors do nowadays I requested for a female and she was able to fulfill that request she was able to help me on my first visit with several issues that I had. I was not only astonished by surprise that she was not given me a hard time or trying to be difficult, which I have experienced with other doctors, I would definitely recommend this doctor and this is only my first visit. She was straight to the point and wanted me to start getting work done. I do have other appointments about four different ones but it is for my health. I will definitely be back”
