I was just out trying something new and I found 347. Dawna was attentive and sweet and I would come back just for her. The mushroom flatbread and apple bread pudding lived up to the expectations.

This place is pretentious and staff seems snobby but food is good. Twice in the last four orders complete appetizer or entree was missing. Uber returns $5-$10 dollars for $20 missing items. Great food, horrible experience multiple times…

Almost made it to five star with just a little more attention to detail they can get there. For example, medium well does not mean well done.

About the restaurant: Shula's high-end steakhouse at the Walt Disney World's Swan & Dolphin hotel is destination dining; Shula's 347 is a more casual experience on the other end of town, in the white-collar world of Lake Mary's office towers. Still, the food quality makes it worth a trip for the burger or a Shula steak. The restaurant has its own entrance at the front of the Westin, and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner for hotel guests. It's most suitable for a business lunch, or for football-themed cocktails (with sports bar TVs in the otherwise chic dining room), but locals and hotel guests fill the dining room and bar most evenings.> EDITOR'S NOTE: We are sad to learn that Don Shula passed away on May 4, 2020. Shula reached the Super Bowl six times and posted a 347-173 record in his 33 seasons as a head coach.About the food & drinks: While the burgers are a hit, for lunch we were happy with the fresh fish sandwich and the Asian chicken salad. For dinner, nosh on appetizers such as crispy ravioli, sweet chili shrimp and spinach-artichoke dip before moving on to the steaks, seafood and other main dishes. We like the grilled shrimp or the filet mignon. The wine list is easy for novice sippers, with wines divided into categories: dry sparkling, sweet white/blush wine, dry light intensity reds, dry full intensity reds, and the like. Desserts are more of an afterthought, as this is a crowd that appears to shun carbs---Key lime pie, apple cobbler, bourbon-chocolate pecan pie.
