“Got a flat on the interstate 1 hour away from home & stopped in at Mavis. Tom did everything he could to get me the lowest rate. Gestures like this really matter especially to me as an Army veteran. My city of Tampa was hit hard by Hurricane Milton so a new tire was not in my plans, but I’m grateful that companies like this have dedicated employees that care. I had a pre-service arranged appointment for 9 AM today. When the doors opened they were waiting and prepared for the service on my vehicle.
Dustin the mgr went over what was to be done: Taylor took my car and preformed requested tire, battery, wiperblade, service: Kaz preformed my alignment.
It was such a pleasure to visit a well staffed, clean service department, clean facility, with a well lighted functional sanitary restroom. My observation is "blue ribbon" accomplishments: topped off by thanking me for coming in (For my business) by every single one of these people. Such courtesy!

“I had a great experience here! From the moment I contacted them about replacing the Cue system screen on my Cadillac SRX, I received prompt and helpful responses. Scheduling was easy, and they provided an accurate wait time for my appointment. I appreciated the appointment reminders I received via phone and email, which were helpful without being excessive.
When I arrived, they were ready for me, and the waiting room and shop were both clean. They are a husband and wife team and so friendly. The area around the shop isn’t too populated, but I felt perfectly safe the entire time.
The mechanic brought the part out to show me exactly what was wrong, and he replaced it right in front of me. The whole process only took about 40 minutes! Plus, the repair came with a warranty, which they provided as well.

“We went to Magnolia and Lake Sumter to look at golf carts, the first salesman was not really interested and the second one was WAY too pushy. Went to Brownwood and had the great pleasure of meeting Chris Holl. He listen to us tell him what we wanted, informed us of all the promotions, very knowledgeable on the products. So if you’re looking for a car go see Chris at Brownwood, you won’t be disappointed.”
“An important bit of information that's not mentioned anywhere: If your vehicle's age is older than the year 2000, they do not offer service.
I've heard good things about them and I'm sure they do a great job. Only giving 4 stars because I can't experience it for myself with the vehicle I own now.”

“I have mixed feelings about living in Lake Panasoffkee. Being in a small town, it seems that everyone knows your business and certain businesses (in particular) treat you differently than other residents who live here too. With that being said, Certified Auto ISN'T one of those types of businesses. They answered the phone the first time I called, set up an appointment, and even got me in a day earlier. I should have posted this sooner since it was back in December when I had them work on my vehicle. I believe his name is Jerry who worked on my car. I can't thank him enough though. Super nice guy that treats you like family. (Not sure if I listed everything so this is a picture of the receipt and all they done to it). It was definitely well worth what I paid which was a little over $654. If I ever need my car worked on again I'll know who to call.
